Payment can be made in cash at our offices at the time of making the confirmed booking or alternatively by bank transfer via all major credit/debit cards or via
PayPal.
If payment is to be made by bank transfer the confirmation booking advice notice sent to you will include our banking details.
Please remember that the confirmed booking with the course (s) that you have selected will not be made until confirmation has been received that your payment has been made.
If you have requested hire equipment such as buggies or trolley's you must pay for these at the pro-shop as they are not usually covered by the charges received from us.
Similarly you will have to pay the Spanish RFEG insurance surcharge at the pro-shop before you play and again this is not covered in the charges you receive from us.
Refund and Cancellation
We understand that for a variety of reasons your travel and golfing plans may change and to assist you in this matter we shall make any necessary changes to your reservation FREE OF CHARGE but to assist us you must inform us in writing of the required changes at least 48 hours prior to the date of play.
Terms and conditions for cancellation are detailed below.
If the number of players increases we shall endeavour to check for availability of tee times and inform you accordingly BUT if the number of players reduces you shall be refunded your payment BUT taking into consideration the refund and cancellation terms outlined below and the notice period received.
Should you decide to change the course that you wish to play under the terms of the reservation we shall endeavour to check availability and inform you accordingly but you will be requested to make any additional payment should the new course selected be more expensive than the original course requested.
You should never make direct contact with the courses concerned as this will invalidate your reservation and we will be unable to make the necessary changes, issue refunds or provide you with a new voucher which allows you access to the course on the day selected.
There are certain circumstances under which we will NOT make any refund and these are as follows:
a) Within a 48 hour period prior to play for any reason.
b) Should you be prevented from entering the course or requested to leave the course by their officials.
c) Due to bad weather conditions including electrical storms*.
d) Due to course maintenance of which we have not been informed by the course concerned.
e) For any other reason considered reasonable by us.
*Should bad weather or electrical storms disrupt your game you may be offered a voucher directly by the course by way of compensation but this agreement is solely between you and the course concerned and is entirely at the
discretion of the course and you are advised to return immediately to the pro-shop upon leaving the course to clarify this point.
Should you decide that it is necessary to cancel your reservation you must contact us, in writing, quoting your unique voucher reference number which immediately becomes invalid.
Payment refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
a) Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the playing date shall receive a 100% refund but less a €10 administration charge.
b) Cancellations received 7-14 days prior to the playing date shall receive a 90% refund**.
c) Cancellations received 3-6 days prior to the playing date shall receive an 80% refund**.
d) Cancellations received 0-2 days prior to the playing date shall receive NO REFUND**.
**Alicante Golf is the sole exception were no refunds are issued for cancellations inside of 14 days prior to the playing date.
We will refund the payment to the original source of the payment by way of cash, credit transfer or
PayPal as we consider appropriate.
