You can make reservation enquiries at any time using our specially designed booking reservation form or alternatively directly by telephone within the normal office opening hours and without any obligation to purchase.Should your preferred start time not be available for some reason we shall offer you an alternative tee time for your consideration. We will endeavour to respond to your reservation enquiry within 24 hours of receipt. If you decide to continue and make a formal reservation simply call us or send to us within 48 hours an e-mail stating this and we will forward to you a formal confirmation e-mail detailing your reservation details and payment requirements. Your formal reservation with the course(s) selected will only be finalised when confirmation of payment has been received.

Notes: * A small mandatory surcharge
ranging between €1.5 and €3 per player is payable at the pro-shop on
arrival if you don't have the licence, which essentially provides each player with insurance cover.
* We strongly recommend that each player has
a valid handicap certificate to avoid unnecessary problems upon arrival
in the pro-shop.

Your formal reservation with the course(s) selected will only be finalised when confirmation of payment has been received.
Vouchers/Invoices
Within 24 hours of confirmation that the payment has been made we will endeavour to issue you with a voucher/invoice for each course that you have selected and you should present this in the pro-shop when you arrive at the course.
We can't be responsible for any lost vouchers but should this unfortunate circumstance arrive it is possible that the course can contact us for confirmation of your booking but you will probably need some form of identification before they allow you to play.
Changes to Reservations
Should you find it necessary to amend the details of your reservation you should contact us stating the voucher/invoice reference number and detailing the change(s) that you wish to make.
Under no circumstances should you contact the course directly as this will invalidate your voucher.
We will endeavour to verify and incorporate the amendments that you have indicated but this will depend on the date of notification of the requested change(s) in relation to the date for which the round is booked to be played and the response varies from course to course.
However you should note that it can prove difficult to make significant changes within 48 hours of the actual tee time.
There will be no charge for amendments to tee times but for cancellations you should refer to our cancellations policy.
Course Condition
We have agreed special discounted green fee prices with a number of the top courses in the Alicante and Murcia regions and they should usually be presented in a good condition.
However it is not unusual for local courses to undertake necessary maintenance work at short notice and without compensation for the disruption.
We shall endeavour to inform you of such maintenance work but are not responsible for such work which may result in a disruption to your round.
