The first     change that they have introduced is that the Alicante course will be closed     for two weeks from 19\/08\/19 BUT El Plantio which was planned to be closed     will now remain open at that time.     &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La Marquesa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As previously reported La Marquesa are totally re-structuring their golf course including the addition of new greens and there has been obvious disruption to golf over the summer and they have now issued prices for September 2019 which reflect that some work is yet to be finished and there will still be one provisional green in play.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New\nSierra Golf<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\nhave been informed that the owners of New Sierra golf have plans in place to\nbuild the final nine holes and the process once started will take approx. 2\nyears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mosa\nTrajectum<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When\nopened originally this was probably the most difficult courses in the region\nbut it has now been closed for a number of years BUT work is currently underway\nto construct and open 9 holes to start with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Campoamor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Work\nhas now started to lift all 18 greens following years of repeated problems and\nthe course won\u2019t fully re-open until 15\/10\/19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vistabella<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They\ncelebrate their 10<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary with a competition on 28<sup>th<\/sup>\nSeptember 2019 but there will be a whole day of activities with music, dinner\nand fireworks and you can contact the course for more information.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Around and about the courses &#8211; Update Alicante We reported a few weeks ago that Alicante now had the same owners as El Plantio.
