{"id":296,"date":"2015-09-11T14:48:29","date_gmt":"2015-09-11T12:48:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.costa-blanca-greenfees.com\/golf-blog\/?p=296"},"modified":"2016-02-07T16:49:07","modified_gmt":"2016-02-07T14:49:07","slug":"around-and-about-the-courses-campoamor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.costa-blanca-greenfees.com\/golf-blog\/around-and-about-the-courses-campoamor\/","title":{"rendered":"Around and About the Courses &#8211; Campoamor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"western\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #004586;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">round and about the Courses &#8211; Campoamor <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Real Club De Golf Campoamor which has stunning views from the clubhouse and superb hotel is located within a 10 minute drive from the local beaches, bars and restaurants and a 40 minute drive from Alicante airport.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The clubhouse and pro-shop facilities are excellent with stunning views of both the mountains and the sea and is an ideal place to take a coffee or beer to relax and unwind or to commiserate with each other after your round.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Unlike most of the other local courses they don\u2019t use \u2018Bermuda\u2019 grass on the course which is not favoured by the course owners because when it is \u2018dormant\u2019 in the winter months tends to turn to a yellow\/brown colour and is therefore not so aesthetically pleasing. As a result the course tends to have to be re-seeded with summer and winter grasses which does cause disruption to the course and to the general look of the course at times.
