The Alphabet of Golf<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are going to take a jovial view of the wonderful and frustrating game of golf by looking at the alphabet of golf starting with letters A to M:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
A<\/td>\nAir-Shot (often forgotten by cheats or called as a Mulligan)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
B<\/td>\nBunkers (just play areas for big kids really)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
C<\/td>\nClubs\u00a0 (Cheap to make but expensive to buy)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
D<\/td>\nDivots (not replaced by inconsiderate golfers)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
E<\/td>\nEtiquette (the very basis and morals of the game of golf)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
F<\/td>\nFore (the term used most often by poor golfers)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
G<\/td>\nGimme (the favourite word of all bad putters)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
H<\/td>\nHole-out (many players don\u2019t do this on society days)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
I<\/td>\nInjury (caused because golfers think a warm up is a couple of practice swings)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
J<\/td>\nJumper (not usually needed here in Spain for most of the year)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
K<\/td>\nKnow it all (the society member who complains but does nothing to help)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
L<\/td>\nLeather Wedge (often used by cheating bad golfers in the rough)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
M<\/td>\nMedal Competitions (forgotten in Spain unless you want a 6 hour round)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
