Low Season Golf Prices
The global economic prices has made all markets and sectors in every field of the service industry, including golf and leisure review their pricing strategies and our Spanish hosts are no different. Even during the winter/spring high season period there have still been a number of 2 ball and 4 ball buggy included deals allied with a number of twilight deals.
Although the strength of the Pound against the Euro has weakened a little due to fears over ‘Brexit’ at an exchange rate of £1=1.26 has still been a big help for tourist golfers during the high season period when all the courses have been significantly busier than in previous years but there has been relatively little respite for the resident golfer. However the summer low season period for golf prices will be with us from 1st June until mid to end September 2016 and it is the time when all golfers should be licking their ‘chops’ at the low price deals that will be on offer. The courses are generally quiet during July and August as many people prefer the beach or swimming pool to the golf course so rounds are also quicker but remember to take a buggy well stocked with ice cold drinks and food and remember that thirst is the last sign of dehydration not the first!
