High Season Golf Prices
Well you can’t say that you weren’t warned because the high season green fee prices will be with us from 1st October until 30th November 2016 and those glorious cheap prices from the summer will soon seem a thing of the dim and distant past.
Our Spanish golf course hosts operate a strategy of season pricing which has proved very successful and profitable for them as scores of golfers from Northern Europe flock to the area for the autumn months.
Those of you that are residents of Spain and living on a pension will find their ‘golfing pennies’ being stretched just a little for a few months and love or hate the course strategy it is here to stay so no use complaining you have to take some positive action.
The high season period is where golf society membership can assist local residents because prices are generally less than €50 including a buggy including a meal and prizes.
If society golf is not your thing,with the 5 hour plus rounds and internal politics then you have very few options for cheap golf with the exception of some early bird or twilight deals.
Other than these ‘non prime time’ deals the only courses with golf for less than €50 including a shared buggy are Altorreal,Bonalba,La Peraleja,La Serena and Vistabella.
If you contact a reputable agent such as Costa Blanca Green Fee Services they will try and find for you the best deal possible even though at this time of year it is like a pig looking for truffles in the woods.
